Is to help women successfully pursue their goals.
I bring my expertise in building teams and relationships to creating Circles of women who support each other in building their businesses and showing up authentically. Having held senior positions in multiple companies, I developed an expertise in developing relationships and programs for individuals and companies where their time, effort and financial investments were maximized.
During my corporate career I came to understand the depth to which women have unique challenges in business and that networking the way I was “taught” and learned by observing others wasn’t authentically me. I wanted something different and collaborated with my partner, Kate Alpert, to develop a networking organization that helps women grow their business, acknowledges the challenges of wearing multiple hats and celebrates who we are.
On a daily basis I hear, “I hate networking. I don’t feel like I belong. I want to build my business and I don’t feel like networking works for me.” And, through Women Belong, we have built a platform to support women by seeing them, listening to them and letting them know that they matter in a networking environment. Letting them know that they belong in business, that they belong with other women supporting them, and that they have a “virtual board of directors” to help guide and mentor them.
